I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body Wellness Coach supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and nervous system overwhelm.

You may be managing life well on the outside, yet feel tense, wired, or quietly exhausted within. My work gently bridges the space between mind and body, helping you understand your symptom patterns and triggers, and helping you learn to soften self-pressure, and rebuild a sense of steadiness from the inside out.

The word Vishranti, meaning ‘deep rest’ and ‘profound inner peace’ in Sanskrit, quietly informs my practice, and reflects the intention I bring to my work. It reminds us that calm is not something we have to force, it is something the body remembers when it feels safe.

This is a space to slow down, to breathe, and to feel supported as you reconnect with clarity, resilience, and a grounded sense of self.
