I’m Lizzy, a Mind-Body Health & Stress Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Therapy Healer, and Yoga Sikshasa (Teacher of Yoga). Vishranti, meaning ‘deep rest’ and ‘profound inner peace’ in the ancient language Sanskrit, informs my practice and reflects the intention I bring to my work: helping people reconnect with balance, presence, and inner calm.
I can help you understand and transform the deep connection between your mind, body, emotions, and energy, so you can reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with who you truly are.
My approach blends the science of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), and yogic philosophy, with holistic, intuitive practices. This means we work with your nervous system, emotional patterns, mindset, and energy field to create meaningful, grounded, lasting change.
Through mind-body coaching, energy work, Reiki, crystals, Raja Dhiraja Yoga and somatic practices, I help you release stress, clear blockages, and rebuild inner resilience.
